I made these protein balls last night for snacking throughout the week. I thought about incorporating Young Living’s Balance Complete protein powder and they came out delicious!
- 2 scoops Balance Complete
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- splash of milk
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the milk and mix together. Grab a small amount, about a tablespoon and form small balls with your hands. You may need to add a splash of milk if it it not sticking together.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
